Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain store standards in accordance with the store manual procedure.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
  • Coordinate various PR requests such as award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to end-of-day procedures for operational consistency and security.
  • Report any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees immediately.
  • Manage and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
  • Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
  • Serve as a role model to staff, demonstrating professional demeanor and disciplined work habits.
  • Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships.
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences throughout all interactions.
  • Provide a friendly environment with outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
  • Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and audits.
  • Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business.
  • Prepare and submit time schedules, approve payroll, and manage time-off requests.
  • Lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Stand for longer than 8 hours at a time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury is a plus
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

Experience

3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
