Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain store standards according to the store manual procedure.
- Oversee all merchandise flows, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
- Coordinate PR requests such as award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
- Ensure meticulous end-of-day procedures for operational consistency and security.
- Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
- Manage and process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in the system.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
- Drive the achievement of store sales and KPI targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans with retail teams.
- Serve as a role model by performing all store functions and promoting positive customer attitudes.
- Motivate the team and build client relationships through recruitment and outreach activities.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences in every interaction.
- Provide a friendly environment with outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
- Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
- Ensure compliance with policies through regular meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
- Train and develop sales executives and associates.
- Prepare and submit time schedules, approve payroll, and manage time-off requests.
- Lift, carry, and handle merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and walking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury preferred
- Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
