Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development of 360° activation plans, including product selection and daily management of activation projects.
  • Coordinate with Communication and Commercial departments to ensure seamless execution of activation plans.
  • Maintain and update collaborative tools such as SharePoint, ensuring document accessibility and proposing interface improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on 360° activations within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and travel sectors.
  • Support the organization of key internal events, managing logistics and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in project management or within a luxury house (marketing, communication, or merchandising) is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive, curious, with excellent interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in new technologies. Product and aesthetic sensitivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ecosystem (Forms, Teams, SharePoint). Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Previous experience in project management or within a luxury house is a plus.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
