Role & Responsibilities

  • Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting for leather goods categories.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sell-through, stock levels, and top/bottom performers.
  • Contribute to monthly merchandising calls.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends.
  • Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of another regional language (e.g., French or Chinese) is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and merchandising is essential.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
