Wholesale Intern
Bottega Veneta Wholesale Intern (paid $17/hr) — New York. Summer internship supporting wholesale reporting, sample management and campaign execution.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly wholesale sales reporting by style, account and door; maintain accuracy of reporting datasets.
- Track purchase orders and update shipping and invoicing logs on a weekly basis.
- Support preparation and execution of seasonal wholesale campaigns and markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations and creation of buy books.
- Manage samples and online product copy; provide general administrative support to the wholesale team.
- Own market presentation in assigned department stores; perform competitive analyses to identify business opportunities and protect the brand’s wholesale presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, for managing large datasets.
- Strong written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 32 hours per week on-site in the New York corporate office.
- Enrolled student able to receive academic credit for a paid internship (academic credit is required).

Experience
Targeted to current undergraduate or graduate students; previous retail or wholesale internship experience is advantageous but not required. The role is designed for learners seeking hands-on exposure to luxury wholesale operations.
Education
Enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
