Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
  • Assist wholesale clients with daily activities including delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
  • Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
  • Collect data for events with corresponding documentation.
  • Support monthly management of analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients.
  • Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
  • Perform weekly website checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand image alignment with competitors.
  • Assist the Area Manager with travel preparations and client follow-ups.
  • Aid in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel.
  • Support the management and organization of sales campaign appointments.
  • Prepare necessary materials for sales campaigns, including budget sheets, ST data, and merchandising reports.
  • Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
  • Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
  • Verify orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to activate a curricular internship of at least 6 months, currently enrolled in a degree program.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of English, with a preference for additional language skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail. Teamwork capabilities.

Experience

Previous internship experience in a back-office or similar role within a wholesale team is preferred.

Education

Currently enrolled in a degree program.
