Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in visual merchandising (VM) shooting for guidelines and special projects.
- Create, edit, and maintain operational visual permanent guidelines.
- Support the animation of the worldwide internal VM community.
- Create and animate newsletters with regular content updates, including best practices and store openings.
- Actively support the organization of re-see and showroom events.
- Participate in the VM setup of showrooms, re-sees, stores, and mock-ups.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and various internal departments for product information sharing.
- Support other departments with VM-related topics.
Qualifications
- Graduated with experience and passion in Fashion, Design, or Art (desirable).
- Creative attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop), and photo editing software.
- Capability to work in teams and partner with other departments and external collaborators.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Italian.
- Available to travel and work different shifts, including overnights.

Relevant experience or education in fashion, design, or art is desirable.
Education
Graduation in Fashion, Design, or Art is desirable.
