Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize internal systems to manage orders received during sales campaigns.
  • Ensure delivery and returns of goods align with business strategy and country-specific constraints.
  • Maintain precision, quality, and timing standards to deliver superior service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet business expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities.
  • Facilitate information collection to monitor business trends and opportunities.
  • Manage shipping activities in collaboration with Kering departments to support retail distribution strategy.
  • Perform data entry and manage customer master data.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain.

Skills

Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Strong collaborative problem-solving abilities. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.

Experience

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry's operational dynamics.
