Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize internal systems to manage orders received during sales campaigns.
- Ensure delivery and returns of goods align with business strategy and country-specific constraints.
- Maintain precision, quality, and timing standards to deliver superior service.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet business expectations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities.
- Facilitate information collection to monitor business trends and opportunities.
- Manage shipping activities in collaboration with Kering departments to support retail distribution strategy.
- Perform data entry and manage customer master data.
Qualifications
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in a master's program.
- Previous experience in order management or supply chain is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
