Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance client relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on client journey principles, providing feedback to management on successes and challenges.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and support staff.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using available training resources.
- Contribute proactive ideas during management meetings to enhance daily operations.
- Manage store priorities and tasks efficiently and autonomously.
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence team members through exemplary actions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
