Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
  • Coach staff on client journey principles, providing feedback to management on successes and challenges.
  • Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and support staff.
  • Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using available training resources.
  • Contribute proactive ideas during management meetings to enhance daily operations.
  • Manage store priorities and tasks efficiently and autonomously.
  • Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence team members through exemplary actions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

Skills

Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities. High energy and team-oriented approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably within a luxury setting.
