Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify business opportunities and challenges to implement changes for business improvement.
- Develop store strategies to increase traffic and expand client networks in collaboration with management.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best-in-class service.
- Foster a clienteling culture, building strong and long-term client relationships.
- Ensure meaningful client information is collected for CRM purposes.
- Engage and motivate the team to strive towards common goals.
- Coach, support, and delegate tasks to team members to enhance their development.
- Work closely with the local merchandising team to provide feedback and support.
- Maintain brand reputation by complying with legal requirements and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Ability to network and recruit new clients and VIPs.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury markets.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
