Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
  • Drive store sales targets while achieving individual sales goals.
  • Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
  • Monitor and ensure quality data usage in client books, proposing action plans with sales staff.
  • Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
  • Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
  • Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
  • Maintain a fair and respectful work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

Skills

Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility. Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of brand products and philosophy. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
