Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals and brand image.
- Drive store and individual sales targets, maximizing business potential in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance competencies and support growth, contributing to overall store sales.
- Ensure quality and proper use of client data by sales staff, proposing actionable plans.
- Manage recruitment and maintain a pool of potential store associate candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring compliance with follow-up procedures.
- Uphold and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.

- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register management, and back office procedures.
