Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve the highest business performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure the consistent achievement of store sales, KPI goals, and clienteling targets.
- Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Drive the team to cross-sell and utilize selling techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Monitor product sell-through and react to stock levels by providing commercial proposals.
- Analyze store performance to identify opportunities and trends, facilitating the implementation of product and sales strategies.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service in alignment with company standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
- Mentor and motivate staff, fostering teamwork and retaining talent in the store.
- Partner with HR to attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team.
- Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, inventory control, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain the brand's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements and ensuring impeccable store appearance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage teams.
- Knowledge of fashion and luxury trends, with the ability to embrace the brand image.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong results orientation and competence in budget management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
