Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance and brand image.
• Drive store and individual sales targets, optimizing departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
• Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
• Ensure accurate and effective use of sales staff client books, proposing action plans accordingly.
• Manage recruitment processes for store associates and maintain a talent pool.
• Facilitate staff training and onboarding, ensuring adherence to follow-up procedures.
• Uphold Bottega Veneta standards and procedures, ensuring compliance across operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professional client relationships.
• Perform operational functions including store opening/closing and back-office management.
• Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
