Role & Responsibilities

Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
Ensure quality and proper use of client data, collaborating with sales staff on action plans.
Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring follow-up on development.
Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
Execute operational functions, including store opening/closing, register, and back-office management.
Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

Skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Organizational awareness and flexibility. Strong brand product knowledge and adaptability. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial position within the retail sector is required.
