Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales to achieve targets and maximize business potential.
  • Implement company strategies to enhance sales by department.
  • Coach and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of store management experience, with more than 5 years in luxury retail.
  • University degree or equivalent educational background.

Skills

Strong analytical skills in sales data analysis. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Proficient in planning, organizing, and implementation. Outstanding communication and team management skills. Proficiency in English and office software.

Experience

Candidates must possess over 8 years of store management experience, with at least 5 years in luxury retail environments.

Education
