Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to company image standards.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and individual team members.
- Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
- Ensure accurate and effective use of client books by sales staff and develop action plans to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage recruitment processes for store associates, maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
