Stock Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
• Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
• Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by management.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Organize the shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
• Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
• Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
• Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
• Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with international/domestic freight experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
• High level of accountability and reliability.
• Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment, preferably with exposure to international and domestic freight operations.
