Role & Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries by verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
Support management and sales staff with prompt stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by management.
Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
Maximize stock space for easy access and operational efficiency.
Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment preferred.
Experience with international/domestic freight companies such as FedEx/UPS is advantageous.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player. High level of accountability and reliability. Basic computer skills with a preference for Excel experience. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred, with additional experience in freight handling considered a plus.
