Stock Associate

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming merchandise deliveries and verify accuracy against manifests.
• Label, scan and correctly store items in the stockroom using established procedures.
• Maintain optimal on‑floor stock levels through timely replenishment and merchandising support.
• Perform regular stock takes, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process stock paperwork and complete relevant administrative tasks accurately.
• Organize and execute transfers between locations as required.
• Support store team with stockroom organization and shop‑floor presentation during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stock, inventory or retail back‑of‑house role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in an organized, methodical manner.
• Flexible availability and a client‑oriented, team‑focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy for stock systems and administrative tasks.

Previous experience in a similar stock or inventory role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
