Senior Visual Merchandiser

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal visual presentation in local DOS and DFS stores.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on the visual presentation of high-visibility stores to headquarters.
• Manage inventory and oversee the repair of window props and in-store display tools.
• Coordinate the seasonal ordering and installation of duratrans and giant posters for stores.
• Create visual merchandising training materials for VM ambassadors and in-store VM teams.
• Share exemplary display practices from local and global stores with local teams.
• Support the planning and installation of void displays, pop-ups, and event installations.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and monitor sales performance and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Degree in design or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English.
