Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual presentation standards are met in local DOS and DFS stores.
- Prepare and submit monthly visual presentation reports of high-visibility stores to headquarters.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of window props and in-store display tools.
- Coordinate the seasonal ordering and installation of duratrans and giant posters for stores.
- Create visual merchandising training materials for VM ambassadors and in-store visual merchandisers.
- Share exemplary display practices from local and international stores with local teams.
- Assist in the planning and execution of void displays, pop-ups, and event installations.
- Support competitor analysis, market research, and trend analysis in the luxury fashion sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
- Degree in design or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English.
