Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather information on projects.
  • Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve issues, ensuring products meet stylistic requirements and are industrially replicable.
  • Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout development.
  • Share product development information with Pattern Making colleagues and participate in technical analysis meetings for production refinement.
  • Complete model engineering to prepare for production launch phases.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing.
  • Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician (specialized schools/master's in fashion).

Skills

Proficiency in major CAD programs (preferably Teseo). Understanding of leather goods development processes and production methods, including leathers and metal accessories. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and management systems. Strong work planning abilities. Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude. Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.

Experience

A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing.

Education

Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician.
