Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather project information.
  • Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve issues, ensuring products meet stylistic requirements and industrial replicability.
  • Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout development phases.
  • Share product development information with Pattern Making colleagues and participate in technical analysis meetings for production fine-tuning.
  • Complete model engineering to prepare for production launch phases.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries.
  • Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician (specialized schools/master's in fashion).

Skills

Proficiency in major CAD programs (preferably Teseo). Understanding of leather goods development processes and various production methods, leathers, and metal accessories. Basic knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel) and management systems. Strong work planning skills. Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude. Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries is required.

Education

Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician.
