Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop customized architectural projects focusing on store layouts and floor plans for each region, considering factors such as store size, location, and target customer profile.
  • Ensure projects align with Bottega Veneta’s aesthetic and business requirements, reflecting brand identity and merchandising strategies.
  • Prepare design packages, floor plans, fixture layouts, and store planning presentations using CAD software and 3D models at a preliminary stage.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Retail, and VM to translate design and merchandising guidelines into cohesive store designs.
  • Work with R&D and Procurement to ensure design feasibility from a cost and technical perspective.
  • Conduct store visits and assessments to ensure project and quality standards are met, and gather data on store performance for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with local architecture teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of store projects.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among regional architecture teams.
  • Maintain consistency in brand image and standards across all regions while allowing for regional flexibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate store layout performance using metrics such as sales per square foot and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role

Skills

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling Fluency in English and Italian, both verbal and written Highly organized, structured, and proactive

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
