Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy using effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
  • Share information and best practices to foster solid and harmonious team relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service.
  • Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book purposes.
  • Ensure stock information is current and execute store transfer requests accurately.
  • Embody company service values and standards consistently.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build fruitful, long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving great results. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.

Experience

Experience in luxury fashion sales is preferred.
