Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.
  • Uphold the brand image of Bottega Veneta.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Collect and update client information for effective CRM use.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
  • Understand luxury fashion trends and collections to advise clients on styling.
  • Maintain store stock organization and monitor inventory levels.
  • Communicate stock availability and out-of-stock items promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude. High flexibility to adapt to various client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Team player with the ability to build a diverse client portfolio.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, particularly within fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
