Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image.
• Create engaging and emotional client experiences, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
• Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
• Embrace a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends to advise clients on styling.
• Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries and availabilities.
• Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
