Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the entry of customer orders, including collection, press, reorders, and capsules, ensuring compliance with production minimums.
  • Prepare the initial production launch and delivery schedule in collaboration with the Planning Manager, adhering to established timelines.
  • Coordinate with technical, modeling, and industrialization teams to manage production launch priorities, pre-production sample approvals, and CAD/modeling industrialization.
  • Define and oversee production launches, liaising with the purchasing team for raw material delivery updates and production advancement teams to assess production capacity.
  • Maintain and update company reports on production launches, reorders, press and special items, and delivery schedules.
  • Advance special item requests, assess feasibility, finalize technical data, initiate production launches, and activate quality control for delivery plans.
  • Actively participate in the implementation, evaluation, and enhancement of planning systems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury apparel production management.
  • Excellent proficiency in information systems such as Stealth, planning tools, PLM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and interaction skills.
  • Precision and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and determination.
  • Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in evolving business environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
