Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, sharing feedback with management to improve sales floor performance.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
- Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills using available training resources.
- Contribute proactive ideas during management meetings to enhance daily operations.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in the store environment.
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
