Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, sharing feedback with management to improve sales floor performance.
  • Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
  • Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills using available training resources.
  • Contribute proactive ideas during management meetings to enhance daily operations.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in the store environment.
  • Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and merchandise presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence team members.
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
