Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze data related to the global store network to monitor retail KPIs.
  • Manage strategic retail performance projects.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Retail/Area Managers to monitor store KPIs and identify business opportunities.
  • Support regional retail teams in assessing the impact of action plans.
  • Work with Kering and internal BI teams to develop automated reporting tools.
  • Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct research on industry benchmarks and luxury market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Data Science.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a retail business-related area.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with BI tools for data visualization and reporting. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus. Knowledge of the luxury market, CRM, ecommerce, or retail is preferable.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years in a retail business-related role is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Data Science.
