Retail Operations Intern
Bottega Veneta seeks a Retail Operations Intern in New York — paid ($17/hr), 40 hrs/wk — supporting store tools, calendars and operational reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Retail Operations and support day-to-day store operations across the New York region.
- Draft and distribute weekly memos and communicate store policies and procedures to retail teams.
- Manage and maintain store tools inventory (Wayne and NYO) and coordinate seasonal ordering/distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
- Create and manage the monthly retail calendar and implement procedural tools for stores.
- Maintain StoreDB address book and contact lists; monitor and track security/alarm vendor lists.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, including theft and burglary reporting and other operational metrics.
- Represent the brand professionally in all internal and external interactions, exercising discretion with sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program and eligible to receive academic credit for a paid internship.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Demonstrated organisational and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, able to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.

No prior professional experience is required; prior exposure to retail or operations is advantageous. The role suits candidates seeking hands-on operational experience within a luxury retail environment.
