Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting for directly operated stores across EMEA countries.
  • Engage in daily and ad-hoc activities within the EMEA Retail Merchandising Department, focusing on Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Shoes.
  • Collaborate continuously with EMEA and country departments, including visual merchandising and operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to the store network to ensure all requests are processed efficiently.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels by country and store to optimize seasonal sell-through.
  • Drive stock consolidation and reallocation processes to enhance stock efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Support the EMEA Merchandising team during buying campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing studies in Business Management, with a major in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Availability for a six-month curricular internship.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Aesthetic sensibility and a passion for fashion. Ability to work effectively in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; however, a strong interest in retail merchandising and luxury fashion is essential.

Education

Ongoing studies in Business Management or related fields.
