Role & Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports using in-house data systems and Excel.
Collaborate with regional teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders.
Gather and respond to regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams to achieve sales targets.
Monitor production deliveries and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery.
Manage and follow up on product shipping and deliveries daily.
Assist during Buying Markets, including premarket analysis and master order definition.
Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional teams.
Support the team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month internship.
Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset. Creative and innovative thinking. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multicultural teams.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and retail merchandising is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
