Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve area sales targets and maximize business potential of stores.
- Maximize sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Empower and delegate responsibilities to Store Managers.
- Motivate and retain staff, ensuring collaboration and information sharing.
- Identify Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) needs to optimize sales.
- Ensure efficient use of CRM for clienteling and uphold brand standards.
- Optimize stock levels and evaluate competitors through analysis and mystery visits.
- Develop effective networking and ensure shared knowledge of business trends.
- Ensure Store Managers build effective relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in the retail industry, specifically in fashion and accessories.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail manager in fashion and accessories.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years in the retail industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role within fashion and accessories.
Education
University degree required.
