Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including bookings, scheduling, and materials preparation.
• Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of resources.
• Track and report training performance, managing surveys and generating reports.
• Support CRM activities by producing reports, coordinating materials for projects, and assisting with email marketing operations.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and support store teams with client information for personalized outreach.
• Coordinate logistics for private client events, including fashion shows and seasonal presentations.
• Manage gifting inventories and update client lists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for activations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong initiative.
• Collaborative with the ability to build alignment across departments.
