Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of materials.
- Monitor training performance through completion tracking and report generation.
- Assist in CRM activities, including report production, client engagement initiatives, and data accuracy maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for private client events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage gifting inventory and update client lists regularly.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, adaptable to client needs and business priorities.
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative.
- Collaborative with the ability to build alignment across departments.

Experience
Prior experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred, with a focus on retail training, CRM, and private client management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
