Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of materials.
  • Monitor training performance through completion tracking and report generation.
  • Assist in CRM activities, including report production, client engagement initiatives, and data accuracy maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistics for private client events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage gifting inventory and update client lists regularly.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, adaptable to client needs and business priorities.
  • Proactive, positive, and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Collaborative with the ability to build alignment across departments.

Experience
