Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of the leather collection within the Leather & Denim Product Development team.
  • Manage style attribution, coding, and compilation of the bill of materials, ensuring accurate information transfer to suppliers.
  • Participate in the handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
  • Collect and update information on changes and improvements during fittings, ensuring technical sheets in PLM are current.
  • Ensure timely delivery of prototypes in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Update the PLM system with data entries, amendments, and updates.
  • Facilitate the correct handover of garments to production.
  • Research special workmanships, embroideries, and finishing techniques as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, with a focus on leather.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Effective relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion product development, specifically with leather.
