Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of the leather collection within the Leather & Denim Product Development team.
  • Manage the coding of all models, compile bills of materials, and ensure accurate information transfer to suppliers.
  • Participate in the handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
  • Collect and update information on changes and improvements during fittings, ensuring technical sheets in PLM are current.
  • Ensure timely delivery of prototypes adhering to company quality standards.
  • Maintain and update the PLM system with data entries, amendments, and updates.
  • Facilitate the correct handover of garments to production.
  • Research special workmanships, embroideries, and finishing techniques as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to leather.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Effective relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion product development, with a focus on leather.
