Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategically recruit and expand the Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
  • Curate bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver impeccable service and a consistent, high-touch experience.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Stay informed on luxury market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Palazzo offerings.
  • Maintain consistent One-to-One interactions to deepen client trust and loyalty.
  • Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events, including fashion shows and private previews.
  • Leverage personal networks to identify and connect with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
  • Drive commercial success by translating client relationships into measurable sales results.
  • Act as a host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury market and refined product categories.
  • Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and cultural sensitivity. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Italian are advantageous.

Experience

4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
