Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily PR and communications administrative activities, acting as a key back-office resource for the Milan PR team.
  • Manage the HQ sample set lifecycle in Fashion GPS: update status, archive items and coordinate internal sample requests.
  • Process and fulfil global PR offices' sample requests for editorials, VIP fittings, dressings, events and press days; track shipments and maintain the editorial requests book.
  • Assist with talent gifting, seeding and dressing operations including product sourcing, organisation, completion of legal forms, quality control and shipping coordination.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support during fashion shows: manage invitations, seating and guest hospitality.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for worldwide communications meetings and respond to ad hoc WW communications requests.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field.
  • Eligibility for a 6-month curricular internship (curricular internship requirement).
  • Previous exposure to the fashion product industry or relevant internships in PR/communications.
  • Working knowledge of Fashion GPS.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.

Experience

Some prior experience in the fashion product industry or in PR/communications support roles is required; hands-on experience with sample handling, editorial requests or event support is advantageous.

Education

Ongoing or completed tertiary studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related discipline; eligible for a 6-month curricular internship.
