Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sample and showroom logistics, including the dispatch and receipt of samples and tracking shipments.
  • Coordinate local and international sample rotations.
  • Prepare presentations and generate regular reports.
  • Assist in event preparation and coordination of material tools.
  • Support invoice handling and data entry tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager.

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above, with knowledge of PR concepts considered an advantage.

Skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Competency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Chinese typing. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Keen attention to detail and self-motivation.

Experience

Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, particularly in communications or public relations.

Education

Higher Diploma or above.
