Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations by developing and implementing effective goods storage systems.
- Balance business dynamics with proper activity planning.
- Supervise inventory management and oversee Stock Associates to prevent losses.
- Oversee payment procedures and manage Cashiers, assisting with problem resolution when necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash and bank deposits.
- Maintain boutique operations by managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning.
- Coordinate with the Operations Office at headquarters to manage operational procedures.
- Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
- Manage staff clothing allowances.
Skills
Experience
Experience in operations management within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
