Bottega Veneta in Montebello Vicentino seeks a Metal Accessories Sample Procurement Intern to support prototype production, supplier coordination and data management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process material codifications and maintain accurate master data in the company systems.
  • Create and manage prototype and sample orders and work orders according to new collection developments.
  • Coordinate production progress directly with assigned suppliers using enterprise management systems.
  • Support the development and engineering office by following projects through to industrialisation and production release alongside the assigned tutor.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams — administration, warehouse and sample production — to monitor procurement and supply‑chain activities across all phases.
  • Prepare specific reporting and provide support to the manager on global project advancement and production tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial/Management Engineering, or equivalent technical/economics diploma (accounting or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as AS400 or PLM is preferred.
  • Good planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, dynamic attitude.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and pragmatic problem‑solving ability.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience

Entry‑level internship position; no specific prior professional experience required. Practical exposure to production, procurement or accessories development during studies or through internships is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical/economic diploma (e.g., accounting/technical school).
