Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandising assortment based on stock on hand (SOH) levels, delivery schedules, allocation, and market demands.
  • Conduct product analysis per market, identifying best sellers, slow movers, and providing feedback on new products and craftsmanship.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and seasonal sell-through reports.
  • Oversee daily and weekly replenishment processes, including generating sales reports and checking stock availability.
  • Consolidate weekly regional customer requests for corporate sourcing.
  • Create price events for price changes and seasonal markdowns in various markets.
  • Conduct competitor price surveys and comparisons.
  • Generate stock on hand and sales reports for visual merchandising purposes.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, particularly in buying within a luxury fashion environment.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand current market trends in Southeast Asia. Precision, strong time management, and organizational skills. High availability and responsiveness.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on buying within the luxury fashion sector.
