Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of the collection merchandising brief for men's shoes.
  • Assist in building the collection plan and defining the offer structure, coordinating with product teams during development.
  • Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis while staying informed on industry trends and news.
  • Aid in defining pricing architecture to meet margin targets and ensure collection consistency with carry-over and competitors.
  • Perform sales analysis and create comprehensive visual reports.
  • Collaborate with the production team, overseeing deliveries and industrialization changes.
  • Manage sales campaign activities, including collection file preparation, look list, digital selling tool, and sample management.
  • Prepare and conduct training activities, from showroom to in-store seasonal collection training, explaining collection inspiration and strategy.
  • Work with the retail merchandising team to ensure continuous market feedback and identify specific opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience with an established luxury brand.
  • Previous experience in shoes, leather goods, or similar product categories.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in merchandising within a luxury brand, preferably in shoes or leather goods.
