Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and consolidation of EMEA marketing and communication plans.
- Collect briefs, inputs, data, and materials needed for regional planning.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation for internal alignment.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and the EMEA Marketing and Communications Director.
- Assist in planning and activating trade marketing initiatives across the region.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables with relevant departments.
- Monitor activities and share progress and results with stakeholders, including the wholesale department.
- Support the coordination of EMEA events, launches, and special projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, project plans, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure operational alignment across departments involved.
- Support the EMEA marketing and communications budgeting process, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Liaise with Finance and internal teams to ensure accurate monitoring of spend.
- Maintain organized documentation and updates for the Marketing and Communications Director and Finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination or communications.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
