Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of offices, warehouses, and facilities with security policies and procedures.
  • Promote and enhance the security culture through various projects and initiatives.
  • Support risk assessments, security surveys, business impact analyses, and audits.
  • Contribute to the update, review, and auditing of the security framework, including crisis and travel security.
  • Collect information to support security incident investigations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Security team.
  • Coordinate security training courses and related learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Facility Management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of Italian and/or security and privacy regulations.

Skills

Fluency in Italian and English. Teamwork and strong relational skills. Problem-solving ability. Strong sense of respect and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience

No prior experience is required, though a keen interest in industrial security, crisis management, and organizational resilience is essential.

Education

Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
