Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process, including job postings and resume screening through various channels.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to assess engagement levels.
  • Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Possession of a valid work visa in Hong Kong for a 6-month internship or eligibility for a 12-month internship visa sponsorship.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn about HR practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
