Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the talent acquisition process, including job postings and resume screening through various channels.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to assess engagement levels.
- Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Possession of a valid work visa in Hong Kong for a 6-month internship or eligibility for a 12-month internship visa sponsorship.

No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
